This will be a year of change for the Lummi Island Congregational Church, thanks to all who have made the capital campaign for The Gathering Place a success. We have permits for septic, water, fire, as well as our conditional use permits. Construction on the septic has already begun, and we are in the process of submitting the final version of the building permit for approval. We will be announcing the official groundbreaking soon.
